We are based in Crynant, a wonderful village near Neath, West Wales. I print our Big Brother and Big Sister t-shirts, along with the rest of our range. So you can be sure of 'printed in the UK'.
I started the printing business in 2003, just after my daughter was born. Originally, I was making bannerettes for the Round Table and Lions Club charities. The printing was outsourced and I would sew, cut and tassle them.
I printed I'm the Big Brother T-Shirt for my son ready for when baby came along.
People loved the t-shirt and started asking to buy them. I was then asked for I'm the Big Sister t-shirts which obviously then led to the Little Brother and Little Sister t-shirts. Also, receiving requests for different colours, my brand has built up somewhat!
I started selling them online, originally on ebay and then taught myself how to build the website to enable me to keep prices low.
Around a year ago, due to receiving many requests for personalised t-shirts, I then researched what the 'big boys' use to print personalised t-shirts. Once I found what was considered to be the best and recommended by other t-shirt printers, I purchased a heatpress. We now have a super-duper 'top of the range' heatpress and use the highest quality media to print personalised or one-off t-shirts.
A lot of my larger orders come from small businesses who require their logo printed, but also from customers requesting personalised t-shirts for their children etc. We produce high quality prints and low prices because we do not have the overheads and as a Mum I don't like to pay extortionate prices but still want a high quality garment and I know you do too.
